Carter is a practicing attorney, based in Simon's Town. He furthered his studies and qualifications and has also been admitted as a conveyancer (transfer attorney) in the Western Cape High Court, Cape Town.

Carter manages the entire conveyancing department of Nel & Associates. His expertise in property transfers ensures that our clients experience seamless and efficient property transactions.

He also handles general legal work and litigation in Simon's Town and surrounds, providing comprehensive legal services to clients in the area.

Tom is an energetic part of the team, handling all fields of law, as well as litigation. He is based in Somerset West and Gordon's Bay.
